About the owner:

Gerrick Taylor was born and raised in Monticello, FL. However, upon graduation from high school, he came to South Carolina for college and to play football for the Gamecocks and has called the Palmetto State his home ever since. It was while playing football for the Gamecocks that Gerrick learned hard work and determination pays off as he came in as a walk-on player and earned a scholarship his Senior year and was named 1997 Special Teams MVP.

It is this hard work and determination that has carried Gerrick throughout his professional career. An avid outdoorsman, Gerrick found his niche selling and delivering pinestraw in the spring of 2004. He then decided to leave his professional career as a high school teacher and coach and build a business in landscape supply.

What began as selling pinestraw quickly became a full landscape supply business carrying everything from ground cover and soils/sands to now carrying outdoor playsets, trampolines, patio pavers and firepits, and palm trees.
